I've always been a huge Dizzee fan, right back to when I first heard his debut album 'Boy In Da Corner' which won him the 2003 Mercury Prize. Since then he has gone from strength to strength, with huge hits such as 'Dance Wiv Me', 'Bonkers', 'Holliday', and more recently His colaboration with Florance & The machine for 'Dirtee Love'. You may also want to keep a ear out for the upcoming Tongue N' Cheek LP reissue: the 'Dirtee Deluxe Edition'.
His latest Edition to the ever growing chart toppers 'Dirtee Disco' is a 70s-influenced party tune on which Dizz raps about doing the robot, drinking JD & Coke and wrapping his hands around the nearest girl's waist over some oh-so-groovy beats. Featuring vocals from One True Voice alumnus and former X Factor contestant Daniel Pearce.
Set to top the charts, this is one to keep a eye on, and is sure to be a floor filler.
